2 weeks old :)

It is so hard to believe that my little Miss Aizlee is already 2 weeks old today. I know I haven't posted in a long time but the days just fly by and have been a real blur. I wouldn't give it up for anything! I still can't believe something so perfect and beautiful came from me :)

34 weeks!!!!!!!!!

I apologize for not posting on here for a while but it has been kinda crazy busy in my life. Then when I'm not crazy busy I am wore out and the last thing I wanna do is be on a computer. LOL

A lot has happened since I was last on here. I had another ultrasound on September 20th. Aizlee is still growing a couple weeks ahead of schedule. At 32 weeks she was measuring 34 weeks weighing in at 5 lbs 2 oz!!!! I'm not sure if this means that she will be a big girl or if she will appear early. I'm kinda hoping for earlier :)

One of my best friends put on a baby shower for me on September 8th and it was absolutely wonderful!! I was so overwhelmed by everyone's generosity. I couldn't of asked for a better day and such great friends :) Get ready for the photo bomb!! :)

I can't believe there are only 6 short weeks to go before I get to meet my sweet Aizlee Grae!! I am so ready and the suspense is making it take forever :)

Ultrasound appointment :)

Today I had an ultrasound to check on Aizlee's progress. First and foremost, Aizlee is doing great and super healthy!! She is measuring a bit ahead of schedule but supposedly I need not worry about this. She is measuring at 31 weeks 5 days and weighs 3 lbs 13 ounces already. Some things haven't changed in the fact that she is still practicing to become a gymnast. She kept putting her feet in front of her face :) LOL She is also still breech but people keep assuring me that there is still time for her to turn. I am a bit on the concerned side about one thing as the ultrasound tech said there wasn't a lot of fluid in there. I'm not sure how this can be possible as I drink water constantly. I intend on asking my doctor about this next Friday at my OB visit.

These days I am feeling tired, swollen and extremely hot!! I hope this heats decides to break pretty soon as I'm not sure how much more I can take. I'm just consider myself super lucky that I work in air conditioning :)

29 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted a blog but I wanted to have something to post :)
I am so excited to be at week 29! I am overwhelmed with feelings of excitement :) I want Miss Aizlee to stay in there and cook but I just can't wait to meet and hold her. I just went for my last monthly OB visit this past Friday. Everything is checking out nicely and she is measuring a week ahead of schedule. Luckily I have only gained 9 lbs and my doctor said this is superb!
I have been trying to work on her room little by little due to lack of energy and funds but I think it is coming along quite nicely.

First was the painting

Then came the curtains (That are now hemmed but I don't have a picture of this :))

Then came the crib. There was a bit of a hiccup here as Wal-Mart sold out of the crib I had searched a month and a half for. I then ordered it from Amazon.com unfortunately for $100 more. That company sent the wrong crib. Thankfully, they did because I ended up getting it from Amazon.com directly for the original $100 less price :)

This last week has begun the really fun part of decorating and getting the bedding prepared. It is just looking so adorable. I just love her vinyl lettering I ordered!!

Feeling very excited for my upcoming baby shower on September 8th. I can't wait to see some friends and family I don't get to see often enough and celebrate the coming of Aizlee :) :) :) :)

24 weeks 5 days!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I had another check up with my OB today and everything is progressing nicely. It wasn't that eventful of a visit but she did measure my tummy and listen to my little girl with the doppler. I had to drink that lovely glucose stuff today too which wasn't as bad as people seem to make it out to be. Now just keeping my fingers crossed that I pass the test :)
I go back to the doctor in 4 weeks and then I will be scheduled to have another ultrasound due to my Reynaud's Syndrome as a precautionary measure to make sure that she is growing on track :)

I have also decided to share my little ones name with everyone now :)

23 weeks 2 days!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone!!
I thought I would drop you all a quick line to let you know that all is good in this corner of the world. I feel really great considering what is going on inside of me :) I have been struggling since last Friday with the lovely round ligament pains :( Holy Cow!!!!!!!! Literally, what a pain. It will all be worth it when I see my sweet bundle of joy in November :)

There has been some progress on the baby's room. YEAH FINALLY!!!! I was able to find a gentleman to somewhat make the closet in that room more user friendly. I have purchased pretty blush pink curtains (hopefully because I don't receive them until Friday) for the doors. Hopefully I will be able to get my neighbor over to paint sometime soon and then it will be about time to be narrowing in on a crib choice. I was really hoping I could find a used one or one to re-purpose but not having much luck in that area. I'm looking at getting a 4-in-1 to grow with my little girl.

I have decided on her name but I'm going to wait just a little while longer to reveal it :) I'm very excited for my shower coming up on September 8th. It will be here before I know it. I feel like my pregnancy is just moving right along. It is still hard to feel so helpless having to rely on others for things since I have always been the one to take care of myself. 

21 weeks 1 day!!!!!!!!!!

Well I had my genetic ultrasound today and everything went wonderfully. We have ten fingers, ten toes, healthy heart and........they are 100% sure it's a girl :) She is measuring at 21 weeks 2 days with a heartbeat of 150 bpm :)

I am just so ecstatically happy that she is healthy and that she keeps growing bigger and bigger until I can meet her in November.

I'm very excited to get started on the baby's room. I have a friend coming to help me in a couple weeks and my neighbor has offered to paint the room for me. I feel very blessed to have such wonderful parents and friends to help me out during this exciting time in my life :)
